Once your order has been dispatched from our fulfillment centre, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.

To check your order status at any time:

1. Log in to your VitaPoint.
2. Go to My Account → My Orders
3. Select the relevant order to view its current status and tracking details

If your tracking hasn't updated within 24 hours of receiving your dispatch email, or if you haven't received a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact our Customer Care team at customerservices@vita-point.co.uk and we'll look into it straight away.

Your full order details - including items purchased, pricing, delivery address and order status  can be found in your VitaPoint account.

1. Log in to VitaPoint.
2. Navigate to My Account → My Orders
3. Click on the relevant order number to view the complete order summary

You will also receive a confirmation email at the time of purchase and a dispatch email once your order has been shipped. Please check your junk/spam folder if you haven't received these.

We aim to pick and dispatch orders as quickly as possible from our fulfillment centre, which means there is only a very short window to make changes after an order is placed.

To request an amendment or cancellation, please contact our Customer Care team at  customerservices@vita-point.co.uk or contact us on the instant online chat as soon as possible or contact us on the online chat, quoting your order number.

• If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate the change.
• If your order has already been dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to amend or cancel it. In this case, you can return the item(s) once received, see our VitaPoint Returns & Refund Policy for how to do this.

Please allow the following timeframes before contacting us about a missing order:

• Standard Delivery: Next Day Delivery is our standard delivery.
• Next-Day Delivery: 1-2 working day from dispatch
• Unless specified bank holiday timings.

VitaPoint offers fast, reliable delivery across the UK. Here are our standard delivery timeframes:

Please note: We dispatch all our orders as next day delivery as standard but this is not guaranteed as once the order leaves from our fulfillment centre, delays caused by the courier is something we cannot control. 

Orders placed before 6pm (Sun-Fri) and 12pm (Sat) are typically picked and dispatched the same day from our fulfillment centre. If your item is marked "In Stock" on our website, it is physically on our shelves and ready to go.

Please note: Delivery times may be slightly longer during busy periods such as bank holidays.

We do offer a Click & Collect service. But the date of choice facility is not available yet. Such orders are usually processed the same-day or next day and can be picked from our Bolton warehouse (postal code: BL6 4BL).

At VitaPoint, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are, returns requested after the 30 day period will be automatically rejected:

• In their original, unused condition
• In original packaging (where applicable)
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note the following exceptions:

• Items that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons, this applies to certain health, beauty, and personal care products) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Returning an item is simple. Please follow these steps:

1. Contact our Customer Care team at  customerservices@vita-point.co.uk  within 30 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will send you a Returns Authorisation and instructions on how to send your item back.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible.

Please note: Pre-paid return labels will be provided for damaged and wrong items. A pre-paid label will not be provided for orders which were chosen or ordered in error by the customer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 working days.

Once we have received your returned item and confirmed it meets our returns criteria, your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout:

• Credit/Debit Card: Please allow 3–5 working days for the funds to appear in your account after processing.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. If you haven't received your refund within 7 working days of this email, please contact your bank or payment provider first, then reach out to us if the issue persists.

We strongly recommend sending all returns via a tracked postal service and keeping your receipt as proof of postage.

Once you've dispatched your return, you can track it using the tracking number provided by your chosen carrier (e.g., Royal Mail, Evri, DPD).

When your return is received and processed by our team, you'll receive a confirmation email letting you know your refund is on its way.

If you haven't heard from us within 7 working days of posting your return, please contact our Customer Care team at  customerservices@vita-point.co.uk or contact us on the instant online chat  with your tracking reference and order number.

We're sorry to hear your item arrived damaged! Please:

1. Take clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging.
2. Contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of receiving your order at customerservices@vita-point.co.uk, attaching your photos and quoting your order number.

We will review your case and arrange either a full refund as quickly as possible, at no additional cost to you.

If your item arrives with parts missing, please:

1. Check the packaging thoroughly, smaller parts can sometimes be missed on first inspection.
2. If parts are genuinely missing, contact our Customer Care team at   customerservices@vita-point.co.uk or contact us on the instant online chat  within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Include your order number, a description of the missing parts, and photos where possible.

Please note: all packing stations in our fulfillment centres record each order being packed and we may refer back to the recordings to confirm the missing items

VitaPoint occasionally offers discount codes and promotional coupons to our customers. The following general terms apply:

• One coupon per order - discount codes cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
• The validity of a coupon code will vary between each coupon code, please refer to the terms and conditions of the specific coupon code
• Some coupons may be restricted to specific products, categories, or minimum order values - check the individual coupon or its terms and conditions for details.
• Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively to completed orders.
